Activities:
Watch and Rate the Early Arrivals;
Owner-to-owner show and tell;
“Ride Swapping” -
Take a fellow pilot for a ride in your bird, experience a ride in a different aircraft
Gawking at the beautiful Champs, Chiefs, Sedans and more;
Friday - Arrival, registration, Lasagna dinner at 1700 (Reservations required)
Saturday
- Continued registration
- Optional) Guided tour of Gettysburg Battlefield at 1100. Includes transportation in an air conditioned tour bus from Shreveport North to Gettysburg at 1100 on Saturday, stop for lunch at a Gettysburg Restaurant (ala carte), a 2-1/2 hour guided tour of the battlefield, and return to Shreveport North - $42.00 per person. A minimum of 20 people is required and a maximum of 26 can be accomodated. As of 9/1, we do not have the minimum number of reservations.

Sunday - Seminars,
- Optional Tour of Kampel Stearman rebuild facility (tentative),

- Turkey Dinner at 1400 (Reservations required)
Breakfast and Lunch Sat, Sun, Mon - served on the flight line ala carte: eggs, bacon, sausage, juice, coffee, hot dogs, hamburgers, cheese burgers, chili, soft drinks.
Owners Roundtable - Moderators To be Announced
Awards - For Best Aeronca, Best Post-Aeronca Champion, Longest Distance Flown and Ladies' Choice.
Food will be available on field all day Saturday.

Lodging:

Tent/RV camping on the flightline (Use of showers, bathrooms and pool included) $10/person per night or $25/family per night
Rustic Bunkhouse (Pillow, sheets, blanket, showers, bathroom & pool included) $15/person per night or $35/family per night
The closest car rental place is Enterprise (800-736-8222) in Mechanicsburg, about 20 miles from the airport. They will not deliver.
John & Olga Shreve, owners of Footlight Ranch and Airport will be our hosts.

100LL will be trucked in for your convenience, sold at our cost.
